Refund policy

We accept returns by mail or by local drop-off (ORLANDO AREA ONLY). You have 30 days from the date recieved to ship back your items for a return or equal exchange. Once we recieve the items, they are inspected to ensure the items are not used or damaged. Once inspected, your refund or exchange will be proccessed in 3-7 business days.
